Commuting
We are located near the city center of Katowice, Poland.
Arrival instructions must be followed precisely. No late arrivals will be admitted — the sanctum
seals when
the hour strikes.
We recommend using taxis or rideshare services. Intense emotions might influence your ability to
drive.
Booking Rules
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made no later than 7 days before your scheduled
experience.
After that, no changes or refunds will be possible.
Time is the fire — and once lit, it cannot be extinguished.
